On the other hand, we must keep in mind that fakes are also facts. They exist, don’t they?
Even more so, fake facts do engender consequences!
In fact, it’s these very consequences which impart fact-hood to ‘successful’ fakes.
Also, it is high time for us to understand that this undermining might occur ‘naturally’. Due to our attention being distracted rather than ‘intentionally misguided’.
What’s going on here?
What happened with/in the greatest/most powerful democracy on Earth?
Why has the American People allowed itself to be split in half? Each of those halves bowing to its own idol…
Only because ‘they had avocados’?!?
And what about Reagan? He was right, after all… Trump was the government, wasn’t he?
Reagan was incomplete.
Government is nothing but a tool. A tool for the society to govern itself with. “of the people, by the people, for the people“. But also a tool for a dictator to exploit a country.
Blaming the tool never takes the blamer out of the ‘unpleasant’ situation.
A more complete statement would have been:
‘Any unchecked government tends, sooner rather than later, to become a problem.’
The key word here being ‘unchecked’, not government. For the same reason which had prompted ‘god’ to warn us:
Any graven image you will ever make will inevitably be incomplete. Not because of your incompetence but because of my infinite complexity. I, your god, am infinite. Hence incomprehensible. You might glimpse some, or even a lot, about my ‘true’ nature but you’ll never find out enough. Enough for you to make a ‘usable’ graven image.

Whom would you rather have as President?
President Biden walks into a bank to cash a cheque.
As he approaches the teller he says “Good morning, ma’am. Could you please cash this cheque for me?”
Teller: “It would be my pleasure, sir. Could you please show me your ID?”
Biden: “Truthfully, I did not bring my ID with me as I didn’t think there was any need to. I am Joe Biden, the 46th President of the United States of America!”
Teller: “Yessir, I know who you are, but with all the regulations and monitoring of the banks because of impostors and forgers, etc I must insist on seeing ID”.
Biden: “Just ask anyone here at the bank who I am and they will tell you. Everybody knows who I am”.
Teller: “I am sorry Mr. President but these are the bank rules and I must follow them”.
Biden: “I am urging you please to cash this cheque”.
Teller: “Look Mr. President this is what we can do. One day Tiger Woods came into the bank without ID. To prove he was Tiger Woods he pulled out his putting iron and made a beautiful shot across the bank into a cup. With that shot we knew him to be Tiger Woods and cashed his cheque. Another time, Novak Djokovic came in without ID. He pulled out his tennis racquet and made a fabulous shot and the tennis ball landed in my cup. With that shot we cashed his cheque. So, Mr. President, what can you do to prove that it is you, and only you, as the President of the United States?”
Biden stood there thinking, and thinking and finally says: “Honestly, my mind is a total blank. I can’t think of a single thing”.
Teller: “Will that be large bills or small bills, Mr. President?”
A guy who openly admits he has no solution for a particular problem? And doesn’t pull rank…
Or someone who is convinced ‘his people are so smart’ that he can do anything and ‘not lose any vote‘?
Here’s the consequence:
În urmă cu câteva zile, Biden a spus Putin „nu poate rămâne la putere”.
O parte din internetul de limbă română a început să se întrebe:
„Câți Ucraineni trebuie să moară ca să cadă Putin?”
De parcă acest război ar fi fost început de cineva al cărui scop ar fi fost să-l ‘detroneze’ pe Putin…
Să fie clar!
Singurii care pot determina câți Ucraineni „trebuie să moară” sunt Ucrainenii înșiși.
Ucrainenii luptă pentru a-și apara țara, ei sunt cei care vor hotărî câți dintre ei merită să moară pentru acest lucru.
Căderea lui Putin, cel care a ordonat agresiunea împotriva Ucrainei, poate fi o rezolvare pentru această criză. Dar asta e treaba poporului rus, nu a noastră.
Sancțiunile impuse Rusiei, ca întreg, au ca scop descurajarea statului rus. A statului agresor Rusia. Aceste măsuri au fost adoptate, de către comunitatea internațională, pentru a ajuta Ucraina – statul victimă, în lupta ei pentru salvgardarea integritații sale statale.
Putem amesteca cele de mai sus în orice fel dorim. Faptele rămân fapte.
Ordinele au fost date de catre Putin, acesta poate fi dat jos de pe tron doar de către poporul rus, Ucraina luptă pentru a-și apăra ființa națională iar o foarte mare parte a restului lumii ajută o victimă să-și apere pielea.

The freer some people allow themselves to feel about expressing their opinions, the more others might understand.
OK, Obama, Clinton and Biden should hone their communication skills.
The media was uncharacteristically spot on.
Trump would be happier and happier if more and more Americans would adopt this ‘way of life’.
And those who are OK with this are happy to use a skull as their defining symbol.
What clearer message do you want?
